Initial LIFE ENRICH achievements reviewed in the first project monitoring meeting

On the April 25th 2018 the first LIFE ENRICH monitoring meeting took place at Cetaqua, Barcelona (Spain). During the meeting, the LIFE ENRICH consortium together with María Rodríguez, NEEMO external monitor, had an opportunity to review the early project progress and to analyse in detail the very first achievements in each of the project actions. Sílvia López Palau, researcher and project manager from Cetaqua and the coordinator of LIFE ENRICH, launched the working session by stating that in her opinion an important step forward was made during the first eight months and that it was evident that all project partners were able to align their efforts and to collaborate efficiently. Following, the attendees had an opportunity to discuss financial and administrative issues related to the project. During the afternoon session, the technical tasks were reviewed one by one in order to check the current status of each of them. Finally, the project members discussed on possible future challenges and how to manage them best; it was agreed that a smooth coordination among the consortium is the key for achieving goals and doing it on time.
