Last 6th of November, Televisió de Catalunya (TV3), the most important television channel in this region, interviewed Xavier Petit, from Aigües del Segarra Garrigues (ASG), LIFE ENRICH partner. During this short interview, Xavier Petit talked about the cultivation of dry beans in the Segarra Garrigues channel and mentioned that ASG is participating in LIFE ENRICH, a European research project that aims to use nutrients from wastewater as fertilizers for agriculture.
ASG is a private company with an expertise in fertilizing and irrigation systems that executes land consolidation projects, project’s drafting, execution of works and exploitation of the irrigation distribution network system Segarra Garrigues. Within LIFE ENRICH, ASG is in charge of the field test under real conditions (commercial plots) with the fertilizers produced in the project.
